1) Zoe Saldana made her way on to my Best Dressed of the Week list, and is in my own opinion the best of the week. Zoe traveled back to the Dominican Republic to accept the International Cassandra Award for Most Outstanding Artist Abroad award wearing a Spring 2010 Amanda Wakeley gown.
2) Sarah Jessica Parker attended the ShoWest Film Festivals closing ceremony in this Fall 2010 Marchesa dress. Just to rant for a second is SJP not the new creative director for Halston Heritage? Anyway SJP looked stunning and youthful in this dress which I would have had pinned for a young starlet such as Taylor Swift or Selena Gomez, but I think that this has everything SJP is about. Oh and I must mention that this hair makes up for that horrific thing she wore to the Oscars.
3) Sarah Jessica Parker in Lanvin Spring 2010. This dress is so not what I would expect from SJP but she delivered, again not wearing her Halston Heritage line, at the ShoWest WB Presentation.
4) Ali Larter at the Acura ZDX Redefines Next Event in LA wearing Brian Reyes Spring 2010. This dress is wicked awesome and Ali rocked it.
5) Jennifer Aniston in Spring 2010 Donna Karan. I was shocked when I first saw this picture of Jenn, why you may ask, because Jenn usually wears black on the red carpet. So when I saw this on her I was like THANK GOD.
6) Beyonce joined Alicia Keys on stage at her "Freedom" tour stop at Madison Square Garden to preform "Put It In A Love Song." Beyonce choose the same Spring 2010 Dolce & Gabbana dress that Blake Lively wore to the Sherlock Holmes New York Premiere. I'm not sure who worked it better but this looked stunning on B.
7) Emilie de Ravin in Oscar de la Renta Spring 2010 at the "Remember Me" London premiere. This is just another take on the LBD but it has this perfect balance of vintage style and modern taste.
8) And then on Friday, Kristen Davis attended ShoWest in 2 Pre-Fall 2010 Oscar de la Renta dresses. Out of the two this was my favorite. This was one of my favorite pieces from this collection. The dress is age-appropriate yet with a hint of sex-appeal.
9) WOW, a LoveIt or HateIt first, Kristen Stewart was not hated. Kristen wore this sequined Emilio Pucci mini dress to the New York premiere of "The Runaways." My only criticism is I wish she had not worn her black Sergio Rossi pumps with this, much would have preferred her to wear to have worn either silver or gold pumps. But K Stew did give her mullet the night off.
10) Finally Janet Jackson appeared on Jay Leno this week in the first look from Donna Karan's Spring 2010 collection. The suit was elegant and sexy all at the same time.

Shopping the Runways
So welcome to the next newest feature on the LoveIt or HateIt circut is going to be Shopping the Runways. These are more of I Wish posts, but they are awesome.
First I have a coat from the Fall 2010 Men's runway of Roberto Cavalli. A big trend for Fall 2010 is fur, I love the subtle trim of fur on the hood and lapel. I also like that this is a twist on the classic pea coat giving it a hood. I love pieces that stand out, and this jacket definitely stands out
OK so the moment I saw this Bottega Veneta Fall 2010 dress, I was like the person we are gonna see wearing this at Fall Fashion Week is Vogue Nippon fashion director Anna Dello Russo. Anna has such amazing taste in fashion, and this would totally feel at home in her apartment sized closet in Milan. The only sad thing is that she would wear this dress once and then hang it up never to bee worn again.

Shopping At Bergdorfs
Okay so I follow a lot of people on Twitter in cluting Bergdorf Goodman (@Bergdorfs). They are really nice and try to respond to all of my questions or comments. Well last week I was thinking, "What in hell am I gonna do once awards season ended," and I decided I was going to restart some of the posts I did last year which included a shopping post, and a celebrity taste post. Well for my shopping I decided to go through Twiter and ask the stores and designers what they would recomend, Bergdorfs was the very first to respond and with a few pieces from thier 5F collection. I saw the featured 3.1 Phillip Lim dress and was like hands down that is it. All of the pieces featured here are avalibe on bergdorfgoodman.com execpt for the 3.1 Phillip Lim dress, it is only avalible in store (call Bergdorfs at 212-872-2843, for more details)
Here is a Chloe sequined lapel blazer to throw over the dress, just in case you need to keep warm. Chloe, $2,500, bergdorfgoodman.com
This is one of the most amazing dresses I've ever seen it has chunky crystals on the bodice and like 5 different colors going and it is still amazing. 3.1 Phillip Lim dress avalible at Bergdorf Goodman, $895, 212-872-2843
The bag for this look should be simple thus why I have choosen this black sequined clutch with a gold detail. Miu Miu, $995, bergdorfgoodman.com
The shoes should also be simlpe but not just basic black so I choose these Stella McCartney shoes with a cutout style detail from bergdorfgoodman.com and they cost $725
And last but not least no look is complete without a little bling so here we have a Jose & Maria Barrera bracelet that picks up the tones in the dress, it is from bergdorfgoodman.com and costs $415

Oscar After Parties
Vanity Fair Post-Oscars Gala
Anna Kendrick left the gown from the ceremony behind and opted for her 2nd Elie Saab Couture look of the night this one from the Fall 2009 collection. I wish that Anna had modified this dress to be strapless would have suited her better, but she looked very youthful and pretty.
Cameron Diaz also ditched the gown, but for a Victoria Beckham Collection Fall 2010 dress. I wish she had worn gold strappy sandals with this look.
I don't like this Spring 2010 Valentino Couture dress at all and it not because Amanda Seyfried, it's just that the new design team for the house have really started to ruin the integrity of the name and Mr Valentino would NEVER had showed this monstrosity.
Katy Perry gave us Betty Paige again in this Spring 2010 Zuhair Murard Couture gown. I wish Katy would doe something different because all we ever see her in is this 1940's pinup style and it's getting old.
Kate Bosworth wore Valentino Pre-Fall 2010 and I am on the fence about this dress. I love the color on Kate, but I'm not sure about the bow detail on the shoulder.
Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman is one of the best brand ambassadors because she only wears her own collection on the red carpet. So if you haven't already figured it out Georgina is wearing Marchesa, she custom made it for this event.
Julia Roberts niece Emma Roberts attended the Vanity Fair party wearing a Reem Acra Resort 2010 dress, which she modified from the runway to have a deeper neckline. I wish she did not do that because it makes it look kike she is trying to hard.
Diane Kruger ditched her Chanel Couture gown from the Oscars cremony for this Calvin Klein Resort 2010 dress. Diane did not wow me with this dress and I sort of wished she was still wearing her Chanel gown.
Carolina Herrera looked very elegant wearing her own design.
I love Lanvin desgins but this dress on Natalie Portman just doesn't do anything for me. I wish she was wearing something more out-there.
Hilary Swank was being daring wearing an Armani Prive Fall 2009 gown. She must have used lots of topstick to ensure that she is not going to have a wardrobe malfuction. The neckline became the perfect canvas for her Van Cleef and Arpels necklace.
Kate Beckinsale wore a similar gown to the dress Taylor Swift at the VMA's. The gown was designed by Kaufman Franco just like Swift.
Jennifer Lopez redeems herself after the Armani Prive disaster at the Oscars ceremony. This dress looks amazing on Jennifer and I wish she did something more like this to the ceremony itself.
Olivia Wilde looked amazing wearing RM by Roland Mouret. I love the soft butter color and the zip up front of the gown.
Elizabeth Banks was also loyal to her main event designer again wearing a Spring 2009 Atelier Versace dress. Of the two I much prefer this look over the gray gown(see below).
Marisa Tomei hit it out of the ball park wearing this vintage gown from Halston that she purchased at Decades Vintage.
Anna Paquin did nothing for me wearing this Spring 2010 RM by Roland Mouret dress. I wish it had color and the gold necklace were unnecessary.
Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Viewing Party
Salma Hayek wore an Alexander McQueen Spring 2010 dress to the Elton John viewing party. This was the only McQueen tribute, unfortunately this dress did nothing for her and the hair and shoes were all wrong. I over all hated this look.
During the presentation when this gown came down the runway Victoria Beckham said that she was going to wear this gown. She is also the ultimate brand ambassador because on all major red carpets Victoria wears her Victoria Beckham Collection.
ZZZZZZ....Oh sorry but Malin Akerman's Spring 2010 Dolce & Gabbana dress is so worn out because EVERYONE has worn this Madonna, Dita Von Tesse, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears just to name a few, so I over the lace dress.
I think this is my favorite look from Oscar night. Lea Michelle from "Glee" wore this AMAZING Oscar de la Renta Pre-Fall 2010 gown. This is my favorite gown from the Pre-Fall season and I'm so happy that Lea did it justice or I would have had to put her on my worst dressed.
Jennifer Hudson also looked amazing wearing Michael Kors. She looks like a goddess in this gown.
This Spring 2010 Versace gown on the runway did not work for me but Tinsley Mortimer worked this dress confirming that not everything should be judged by how it looks on the runway.
Who should be nominated for Best Dressed?

2010 Oscars: LoveIt or HateIt
Amanda Seyfried from Mama Mia and Jenifers Body presented at the Oscars she looked stunning wearing an Armani Prive Spring 2010 ball gown.
Best Supporting Actress nominee Anna Kendrick looked sexy without showing to much in Elie Saab Spring 2010 Couture.
Shreks Cameron Diaz gave us old Hollywood glamour wearing Fall 2010 Oscar de la Renta, and looked amazing. Rachel Zoe made an amazing choice in this gown and Cameron rocked it.
All I want to know is why her stylist paired that custom Prada gown with those Fred Leighton earrings. Both are equally stunning but the earrings for this look should have been short drop cushion cut not these, they were just to overpowering.
Okay Carey Mulligan was nomiated for her role in "An Education" and all I want t
Charlize Theron walked the red carpet in a modified Christian Dior Spring 2010 Couture gown, but it look like John Galliano is grabing her breasts with rose embellished gloves.
Demi Moore gave an amazing red carpet look wearing Atelier Versace Spring 2008. The original runway gown was a shocking orange and was in Rachel Zoes studio 2 years ago in the orange. I like that Demi wore this nude version with matching shoes also by Versace. She topped the look off with Van Cleef & Arpels diamonds and a Salvatore Ferregamo clutch.
Diane Kruger wore my favorite gown from the Fall 2009 Chanel Haute Couture line. This dress is breath taking and I just see someonw wearing this a a wedding gown. But Diane rocks this look.
Elizabeth Banks also wore Atelier Versace to the Oscars. Her gown was from the Spring 2009 collection. All I wish was that she did not wear the headband with the dress and instead wore amazing drop earrings.
Marchesa custom made this dress for Best Actress nommine Gabourey Sibede. The best thing about her was the qoute she gave E! which was "If fashion was porn then this would be the money shot."
For an old lady Helen Mirren still has it. Here Helen is wearing a custom Badgley Mishka gown. You go Helen.
Unfortunately Jennifer Lopez was my worst dressed at the Oscars. When I first saw this Armani Prive Spring 2010 gown I had put it on reserve for Anne Hathaway. Jennifer has to many curves for this gown and does not know how to work it.
I HATED this look Julianne Moore looks like she got out of bed grabbed the curtains and went to the Oscars. Her gown was even custom made for her by Calvin Klein.
Kate Winslet wore Yves St Laurent AGAIN to the Oscars. This look is BORING.
Kristen Stewart looked like she was going to have a good time at the Oscars wearing her custom Monique Lhullier gown. But once she got inside she became the same old grr Kristen.
This Dries Van Noten gown was made for Maggie Gyllenhaal. Maggie has such an eclectic stlye and even though she did not wear the Yves St Laurent gown I choose for her, she still looked amazing.
Mariah Carey wore Valentino, who put a bodysuit in the dress to keep from exposing anything more than is meant to be shown, but MC put it away.
Marishka Hargitay looked very elegant in Vera Wang as she attended the Oscars
Meryl Streep called Project Runway alumni Chris March to make her gown. I was so happy that Meryl wore something other than black to the Oscars.
Michelle Pfeiffer wore Carolina Herrera Pre-Fall 2010 to help announce the Best Actor award. She look very elegant.
Miley Cyrus wore Jenny Packham to the Oscars, The whole look was amazing but Miley posture just did not carry this dress the way it needed to be
Best Actress winner Mo'Nique wore a blue Tadashi gown with a gardenia in her hair to honor the great Hattie McDaniel, who broke the color barrier in the Academy back in 1940 winning the first Academy Award for an African-American. I like the thought behind this look but it was not good.
The moment Sandra Bullock walked on to the red carpet in her Fall 2010 Marchesa gown I was like the best accesory for this look would be an Oscar and she got it. Sandy looked amazing just did not like the makeup it was a little much.
I'm split on weather I love or hate Sarah Jessica Parkers look. I love the Spring 2010 Chanel Haute Couture gown, but I hate the hair and makeup. I think I love this more than hate, but it a pretty fine line.
Everyone but me seemed to hate Tina Fey's Golden Globes Zac Posen dress, and were hoping that she would redeem herself here. Well since I didn't think that she was horrible at the Golden Globes she didn't blow me out of the water as much as everyone else wearing this Michael Kors Pre-Fall 2010 gown
This gown was my second choice for worst dressed. Vera Farmiga let this Marchesa Fall 2010 gown wear her and the hair and make up were equally as horrible.
Zoe Saldana always blows me away on the red carpet so I must give her wearing this stunning Spring 2010 Givenchy Couture gown Best dressed. I love everything about this look and wouldn't change anything about it.
