Celebrity Trend Alert: Christian Louboutin Heels

Christian Louboutin Heels are showing up everywhere on celebrities. How you can tell that these shoes are Louboutins is because the designer has a signature of the red sole. Celebs such as Victoria Beckham, Leighton Meester, Amy Adams, Blake Lively, Kate Moss, And Megan Fox. There is a large following of celebrities who wear these shoes and it is getting larger each and every day.

Style Icon: Ashey Olsen

Ashley Olsen may not be the most glamorous person in Hollywood but she is one of the most richest so i guess that means that she can dress however she wants. Of the 2 sisters I think that Ashley has the more put together style. She may wear an evening gown with a leather jacket or an over sized tuxedo but she has the frame and personality to pull it off

LoveIt or HateIt: Christian Dior Haute Couture Fall 2009

If anyone ever pondered the question of how a Dior couture show would play minus the smoke, mirrors, deafening music, extravagant sets, and locations—and haven't we all?—now we know. For Fall, John Galliano took the collection back to the dove gray salons of the Christian Dior headquarters in the Avenue Montaigne to show almost in the way the clothes were traditionally presented to clients and the press in the 1950's. And to be honest, sans the heart-pounding stress, stadium-size crowds, and general hurly-burly, it was a lovelier, more intimate parade to behold.

Galliano said he'd been inspired by behind-the-scenes documentary photographs taken more than half a century ago as Monsieur Dior dressed his cabine of mannequins for shows. The conceit of half-dressed models informed the collection, so that hip-emphasizing basques, girdles, lace-edged slips, and petticoats were hybridized into brightly colored variations on the classic wasp-waisted silhouette of Dior's New Look. The effects—reworked Bar peplum jackets, draped bubble skirts, padded-hip coats, and full-skirted evening gowns—came punched up with a zinging palette of orange, lime, raspberry, and yellow, contrasted with the pretty flesh tones of fifties under-things. Nothing particularly novel, or even mildly shocking, but Galliano turned that to his advantage. It's a moment when reemphasizing house values is a wise tactical move.

This Weeks "IT" Item: Ladies

This weeks "IT" item is a Dior boottie from Saks Fifth Avenue. This shoe exudes confidence and allows the wearer will feel confident in these shoes. These shoes make the wearer want to stand up straighter and walk with just a little more strut in their step. If Bonnie from Bonnie and Clyde were modern day gangsters then i bet 10 to 1 that she would wear these Dior bootties. These shoes can be purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue for $990.

Celebrity Trend Alert: Ed Hardy

Urban streetwear is no new trend in Hollywood, but the new trend in urban wear that has not just stuck to the hip hop world is the label ED HARDY. Ed Hardy is a brand that is designed by Christian Audugier, the guy who started Von Dutch. The T-shirts start at $99, so they are not cheap but they do look cool. I can say that they have amazing quality and are realy comfortable. Celebrites who agree with me are Madonna, Heidi & Spencer Pratt, Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Jessica Alba, Carrie Underwood, Vanessa Hudgens, Billy Ray Cyrus, and Kristen Cavallari. If when you are wandering the racks at Saks and you have a few extra bucks to blow i recomend that you splurge on one of these fab tees.

LoveIt or HateIt: Christian Dior Resort 2010 Evening Gowns

I found that these gowns have a very1930's flair to them. I believe that Dior's designer John Galliano has toned down the crazy couture details and made the houses collections very regal in the past two years. In my opinion I love these gowns. What is your opinion?
