LoveIt or HateIt: Nicki Minaj in Christian Siriano Spring 2011 RTW

I love that Nicki Minaj doesn't take fashion to seriously and wears over the top looks but keeps it tame for the most part unlike others like Lady Gaga. I saw this Christian Siriano Spring 2011 RTW gown, she looks like a hip-hop queen.
